I haven't grown it myself, but I assume you would save some seeds and start them inside just before spring or plant outside after frost.

Let the Hyacinth Bean seed pods dry on the vine then harvest and save for planting out next year. They will sometimes reseed on their own but cover your bases and start some in seed-starting mix four or five weeks prior to your average last frost day in the spring.

The pink flowers are Anemones.

Specifically 'Japanese' anemones (Anemone x hybrida) ie hardy perennials, not corms or rhizomes like some anemones. Or it might be A. hupehensis 'September charm'.
