Question about frogs in pond

We have been slowly developing our preformed pond over the last few years. This year, it is finally "complete". I still have tons to learn about taking care of it.

About 15 frogs and one goldfish have moved in from nowhere. Now that fall is upon us, I have a question. My pond is too shallow to winter them. I know I have to bring the fish in, but will the frogs move on their own? If they think they can hibernate buried on the bottom, they will become a block of ice. Should I catch and relocate them? Do they bury themselves in soil around the perimeter?

I wish they came with instructions. Thanks for any info, I sure haven't been able to find much. By the way, I'm in Wisconsin.
