Name this Wildflower?

I dubbed these "Yellow Wands" because the 1st ones I saw were hanging from sheer faces with Campanula rotundifolia, and stunted. Most are:

Height: 3-4', but I've yet to see one upright.

Leaves- to 6" long, alternate,

toothed like holly, smooth, soft, glabrous. Dominant center vein. Sessile.

Flowers - Yellow. Each -width 1 cm., 10 petals with square edges. Petals like a Hieracium.

Cluster -to 1' wide, structured like Lactuca floridana. Pedicels are 1-3", giving the appearance of a candelabra.

Seeds -fluff.

They are lovely, but really hard to photograph.

They thrive in dappled to deep shade, moist rich soil. Usually overhanging a creek.

Blooming now, usually in October.

P.S. Is there a word that means "toothed like holly"? It seems to come up a lot.
