I think this is a very unhappy Lewisia. Again it is not an annual and is not at all suited to the tropics. It is not an indoor plant either. There is a specialist forum for identification of plants here on GW - 'Name That Plant' - where your questions will be exposed to people who are interested in botanical classification. Thank you Toni. This plant did not have one leaf left on it. I was shocked to see it pull through!!!

Probably a weed in the huge Aster family.
