Can I take the seedlings outdoors?

First time starting from seeds. I'm living in a rental with a few big windows with wide sills and even moved my nightstand up on my bedroom window seat for the seedlings. It's sort of a ghetto setup, but I lack room and want to keep it inexpensive for my first attempt.

Because I don't have the lights and the ideal seeding conditions, I'm wondering if it will be safe to take the seedlings outdoors for a couple hours during warm days to get them maximum light. It's supposed to be near 80 here today and over 70 today.

Right now I have tithonia, dahlia, moon flower and a scarlet cardinal that are coming up. In the future (hopefully) will have petunia, verbena, impatiens, moss roses, zinnias and asylum.
