Transplanted to next-size containers, now they're all drooping?

An hour or so ago I transplanted my cucumber and zucchini seedlings, which have been super-strong and growing rapidly. Just now I looked in on them and they're all weak and drooping now! What have I done to them? I transplanted them into 16 oz plastic cups (all I had handy, I made holes in the bottom) using organic potting soil. I watered them all with a very weak dilution of Terracycle fertilizer. There were loads of roots when I was gently breaking up the little peat pots, but I tried very hard not to damage them.

I know there are many places for me to have gone wrong in this scenario. Can you help me figure what it is so I don't do it again when I have to transplant all my others?

TIA!
