Tall, with white flowers and few leaves(no pic)

Hello. I'm sorry about there not being a pic.

Traveling into N central MN on Saturday, south of Brainerd, Crow Wing Co., Z3, in the roadside rightaway there were some stems sticking up above the surrounding vegetation with white flowers. I stopped to investigate and found these stems about 2' high, with white flowers surrounding the stem for about 6 inches(like a Liatris does). The flowers were small, but had a spur like Aqualegia and a throat like Penstemon. The leaves were very sparse and looked like sprigs of parsely. I did not notice any basal leaves, but then I'm not a biologist so what do I know.

I cut a couple of stems to take with me and unfortunately left them in a vase at my brothers place in Alex. So, that's why there are no pics.

Anyone in Brainerd Mn can go south of town on the old highway about 2 miles and there they are.

I would really like to know what it is so maybe I can buy some seed. I suspect the area is newly a reclaimed wildflower planting in the roadside.
