I agree, 1st looks like S. nussbaumerianum. I believe the other is xGasteraloe 'Twilight Zone'. It's possible they'd both like more sun. Check for root rot. The one in the front pot looks like a goner. Was it in a freeze at all? Is it possible to get them (all) in a better draining soil mix? Like maybe add some pumice or other material?

Yes, this plant is a horrible thug. Pity because it really is attractive.
