Really snazzy looking as well. Three wheeler? They've been around a good while and make mileage sense. The old Plastic Pigs of G. B. could get 90 mpg decades before hybrids. My SIL's mother used to drive one.

Have you beat, however on mileage on a mode of transportation I used to have, and may be obliged to put in to use again if fuel continues to soar.

not much for speed, but recycles bio fuel, lol and gets unlimited mileage and you only have to change models once every twenty five to thirty years.

I can see me backing out of the garage and ripping off one of those front wheels.

forget the garage... imagine trying to get past one of those policemen standing in the middle of the intersection, waving at the traffic. Last time, my car [not me] nearly kissed a cop who had a tendency to step into the traffic lane that he was waving onwards. I can just see that Aptera scooping up a gentleman in blue on its way down the street!

However -and this may be a matter of visual perception, I can't quite see me lifting up a bag of groceries into that 'trunk'--- or else those seats are so close to the ground one would require limbo knees for getting in.

But, 300 mpg...

One might could use a good phaeton to go with that nag.

The whole trick of moving into the future is knowing the few things that are useful from all that is new, and knowing what not to discard from what is old.
