What is this vine, like sweet potato vine?

The vines are long, some 10 feet in length or more. Every several inches on the vine, three heart-shaped, sweet-potato-like leaves grow. The leaves are up to three inches in length. At the base of each leaf are a pair of flower clusters, like clusters of grapes, with tiny white or greenish white flowers. Thus, there are six clusters in a group. The root is white and fleshy and thickens into a tuber. Also, just beneath the soil by the root top is what resembles a half-inch-long Irish potato, brown on the outside and white inside.
