yellow flowers, oak-type leaves what is it?

Shade loving, volunteered into my shady wildflowers, maybe 12 inches tall, bloomed twice now (May and June), produces football shaped fuzz-covered fruit on droopy stems (you can see one in the center of photo). Very pretty but I'd love to know what it is. (asking about the oakish leaved plant - the smaller leaved plant in the background is geranium)
