I understand that water lilies don't like moving water, but other than that, I think most water plants are okay with moving water. Water Hyacinth or water Lettuce should do okay.

My water lilies do great even with my large water fall. They are winter hardy and I have had them for years. I have another small pond with a "spitting frog' and those lilies do fine too. The only plant that I have found that does not like the moving water is lotus. It took me a long time and a lot of $$ to figure that out! Lousianna Iris also do excellent here in my zone 6 PA, they keep mutiplying each year.

Ok thanks. I have a spitting turtle at the top and the fountain is in the larger bottom section. Can they be immersed in their own pot, since the pond water is in a plastic tub.
