We done some excavating and cut this shrub down close to the ground. It came up last spring and grew about 2 feet, then this year it grew more and now the straight branches are sprouting more side shoots. There have been no buds or blooms. Leaves are slightly jagged and about 2 inches long. Any one have a guess?
