Looks like Plectranthus forsteri 'Marginatus'.

I just looked up Plectranthus Forsteri, and it looks amazingly similar. What gets me, though, is that Forsteri is smooth (this is fuzzy all over, with an aroma transferring to the skin by touch) more vigorous, and its smell (from the descriptions) is wrong. It smells like an herb, though. Still, thanks for the fast reply! Its much more than I had before. :)

It is a variegated plectranthus. There are quite a few varieties of variegated plectranthus. I've only heard Cuban Oregano used as a common name for it.

I do not know if any of the species are inedible. If you can confirm that you have Plectranthus amboinicus variegatus, it is edible.
