Radioactivity and fluoride in some natural fertilizers

Do these ever give pause?

I have highly leached sand soil.

I could, I think, easily lay my hands on powdered granite, a waste from the crushed rock production here. I note that it is a popular organic soil additive. I also could buy rock phosphate pretty cheaply (not a long shipping distance from Florida).

But I know that granite has fairly high uranium content, as does phosphate, and the phosphate rock additionally has a fair amount of fluoride.

Do these natural contaminants give any worry to others?
