Name That Plant!

Help IDing groundcover/weed?

This plant grows everywhere and looks like a succulent with juicy leaves but I've never seen it at a nursery and I'm not sure if it's just a weed I thought was a plant so let it grow. I could really use some help figuring this thing out if anyone knows.

Rather hard to make out from that picture but it looks like something along the lines of Tradescantia

Something there looks like Commelina (but that gets small blue flowers)

In the third photo, near the top left, is a tight clump of English ivy. It has lighter leaves than the vinca (a yellowy green, and lighter than more mature English ivy leaves would usually be). English ivy is on a mission to take over the world, so if you don't want it, now is the ideal time to get rid of it. I agree about the wild geranium. I don't see a hoya.

Might also be the Creeping (or spreading) Dayflower, Commelina diffusa. You really won't have to figure out how to take care of this plant...it's considered a noxious weed where ever it grows.

r u sure its not a persulane? They r sold at nurseries,& called a weed.I call them zombie weeds,cause they just wont die!!!! If you dig them up,roots and all & leave ANY part(leaf,stem,root) on the ground,it will re-root itself & if u dont seal them in a bag get them far,far away asap,they will project their demon seed all over.They r the devil

Hard to tell from the picture, but check out Houttynia cordata. Looks similar, but I may be wrong. If my guess is correct allow it to grow, use herbicide - then allow it to re-grow, use herbicide - keep repeating. A plant that should not be allowed. hortster

Actually, they both look close. I think it might be the Commelina tho. Thank you very much for the help.
