should i repot or wait - my first orchid!

i got a moth orchid (my first ever!) that originally had 4 flowers in it. All but one flower fell within a week since i brought the plant home, back in early March... The majority of the roots that are sticking out of the pot are dried out. The one flower that is left is hanging on, and i noticed there are 2 green "horns" coming out from different places of the stem, along with a new pair of leaves popping out in the middle of the leaves.

What do i do?? should i wait until the new leaves are big and the flower drops, then repot? Or should i just leave the plant alone?

any advice will be much appreciated!!

many thanks!!
