Mary, before you move them let me tell you where mine grow. I have a few that only get a couple hours of morning sun, some that are actually my neighbors and have "crawled" under the wood fence and are thriving with about 4 hours of sun, a few more planted under ligustrums that get no sun. I think it's hard to lose with this one, lol!

Yea, got it!! I posted this same question in Garden Web's "Name That Plant" forum and someone came up with Ptelea trifoliata, otherwise known as Hoptree, Wafer-ash, Stinking-ash, Water-ash Rutaceae, though I'm not sure yet which cultivar mine is. I may try propagating with seeds and see how that goes. If it works out I may bring some to a swap. They are delicious smelling! But it's really odd, because when I got my nose right up to it, I thought for a second it smelled more like a skunk! So perhaps that is why one of its names is "stinking-ash". One cultivar "Aurea" is becoming popular as a fragrant plant to use in wildscapes as much for its gold fall color as its lovely sweet scent. That what someone said in name that plant. When I checked google images, the cleome's leaves don't seem to have white veins like this one.

Haha You're so right! By the way, We found out we are having a little boy this week! Yay! Very exciting. We were totally shocked, and expected another girl, but as usually God's plans and my plans aren't always aligned ha Glad He always knows best! We are delighted.
