Brisket on the smoker

Got a 9 pound brisket at Smart and Final the other day for just over $12.00. Marinated it over night in soy sauce, wine, olive oil and a bevy of seasonings. It has now been in the brinkman smoker for two hours and I just went out to put the rest of the marinade in the water pan. I am using olive wood for the smoke as it gives a light sweet flavor. This will be the first smoked meat this year. Smells quite nice so far.
