The clematis with six tepals could be Jackmanii. Jackmanii can have 4-6 tepals, yellow anthers. Tepal shape is correct, fairly long and pointed, curling back to make the blooms appear rounded. The pictures on the HMF link don't show the backside, but Jackmanii should have a pale purple-to-white reverse. The clematis with 4 tepals could also be Jackmanii, although the anthers are the wrong color. The anthers look like Elsa Spath, but ES is lighter in color, less pointed, and should have more tepals. I think E. corollata is probably it, there is a lot of this plant growing in this area and I have photographed it often but in apparent later stages of growth; I think the unusual appearance of the flower and the overall shape of the plant is what threw me off but looking at some of my other E. corollata photos at the base of the plant, the leaf shape and habit seem to match this. I may try to confirm this later this spring and see if I can find some more plants in the same stage of growth. Thanks all.

Yes 2 plants as others have said. I'd maybe go for Anthriscus sylvestris for the ferny one but I would not put any money on it from a picture id and I would not take risks with lacy carrot-type plants. Scroll down the linked page for A cautionary video
