Yellow variegated broadleaf evergreen shrub

Hello, thanks for reading this posting. I am a longtime Gardenweb lurker and have finally created an account. We moved into our current home July, 2007 and are lucky to have a lot of mature trees and shrubs. One shrub, in particular, impresses me. It has lovely yellow mottled leaves and is very vigorous. It is evergreen here (in zone 6b) though the leaves get droopy and dark when it snows or gets really cold. The leaves are fairly large ~5" long and ~3" wide. The entire shrub is ~4-5Â tall and 4-6Â wide. Here is picture of it:

The branches are green in color, as shown in this picture:

Here is a close-up of the leaves. They appear to have slightly serrated edges. I held the lighter next to the leaf as a size comparison (the lighter is a little longer than 3" and a little narrower than 1"):

This shrub is directly under a large tree, but still gets quite a lot of afternoon sunlight. Does anybody know what it is? I love the coloring so much; IÂd like to purchase more or propagate this one.

Many thanks!
