Name That Plant!

Do you recognize this plant

Hi Everyone
Would love some help identifying this plant. It is a heavy stem that is now lying down. I believe it to be a mystery plant that I planted from seeds from a swap. No idea what? It came up and was upright in the fall, wintered over and fell over. (Just to clarify trying to identify the long plant toward the lower half of photo-the dark green leaf. Not the azalea or oxalis. Thank you in advance. Hope it is a flower and not some crazy weed! Happy Monday.

Looks like a Malvus sylvestris.
Does it bloom?

Not yet, and I think you might be right. Did a quick search and it appears to have potential to be invasive, but forwarned is good.

Tastes good, too. When the plant is taller pluck some leaves off and throw them in a paper bag and forget about them for about 6 weeks. Then crush some up and add it to spaghetti. It's great. tj
