Karen, You're not mistaken on both counts, but I'm responsible for only the Aloe one - I've had no truck with the Jade FAQ. If you give them the link to the FAQ, this empowers them even further to read advice about these plants, particularly since you don't want to write it again for the hundredth time - at least, I don't, and I'm assuming you feel the same. Some folks think that they're entitled to an answer all their own to a general how-to question, and that's OK, I suppose, but I personally try to disabuse them of that notion. I'll try to do it more smoothly, for the benefit of all here, because there have been reported kinks in the past - go figure! At any rate, I'd never want to anger a person here who's asking an honest question, but I figure if knowledgeable and repeated/repeatable poster folk, such as Norma, Randy, Denise, you, Brad, XeroMan, Shrubs, Josiah, RoRo, TJ, Josh, Keith et. al. have contributed the response, it's but my duty to direct them there.
