Narrow lance like toothed leaves - Mt. Baldy, CA

I have spotted this plant a few times in various parks of California. This photo comes from Mt.Baldy. Sorry don't have more detailed photos yet. Any ideas?

    It's definitely a Composite, possibly allied to Nothocalais.

    Microseris nutans is in the same section as Nothocalais.

    It is called a yucca glauca.

    Zach, why do think it's Yucca glauca? The leaves on featured plant look much different. 🤔
