I'll make 2 guesses Frank, bordeaux mixture and Kocide 3000. The Kocide has the recommended rates on the label. The rate of either fungicide may well depend on the disease you interested in controlling and the plant's growth stage when the copper is being applied. Figure out if you have a disease problem first, then confirm which disease(s) you need to control, then look into whether or not a given copper based control agent will work to control your identified disease.

What do you need to use copper sprays for?
Whether to use any at all, much less which one, depends on what you are trying to control.

I belive I have couple things going on, black rot, downey mildew,. The leaves get brown spots then fall off. The grapes dry up and look like rasins? I know their was one more thing but I don't remeber. Last summer was my first year trying to spray, I used neem oil Some of the vines are about 7-8 years old, some are real young. Sanitation of the vinyard is essential. Clean up of any infected plant parts in the fall is necessary. Copper sprays do offer some control, but eliminating any parts of the plant that apear to be infected during the growing season probably helps more.
