Can somebody tell me what plant this is?

The gentleman who takes care of all of the plants in our office building gave this to me. He was replacing it with something else. I failed to ask him what kind of plant it was or how to take care of it. It looks great at my place and is actually the only real plant I have inside. The rest are plastic. Anyway, if someone here could please identify it for me I would appreciate it. I want to keep it as healthy as I can but can't research without knowing what it is called. Thanks!
