No, it's just a pea. Kudzu has more bumpy ridges to its leaves. I can't possibly say more than something innocuous in Fabaceae without more info tho.

Some context might help. Other than the first one, are these volunteers found in your garden? If not, where? And where in the world are you located such as nearest large city? When you rub the leaves of the plant in the second photo, is there a strong herb scent? The third photo is some type of grass but they are difficult to distinguish without flowers or any kind of context. What does the stem of the the last plant look like? Will you add a photo taken from the side so we can see the plant from that angle, including the stem.
