Have to trade: Nemaguard peach.

First off, this would be in the seed swap forum, if not for my canadian identity blocking such a post. But I'll be in the states for a few months upcoming!

So..
I bought a 100 nemaguard seeds, only to find out they're not quite hardy at my place. Not only that, the nematodes aren't hardy either. I'm looking for pear seed, kolomitka (sp?) kiwi, and other orchardist's delights. Any wannabe peach growers interested? They've been cold stored since I got 'em a few weeks ago.

I have one, 2nd season; it's a vigorous tree (comparing to Snow Queen planted at the same time) - the fruit is beautiful, red skinned. Yes, it is cling stone. I haven't watered the tree directly, but it is next to a garden bed that gets watered occasionally - I tasted a fruit as it feels ripe on the tree but it wasn't all that sweet (nor acidic) so I will let them hang on the tree another week or so. Last year it had maybe 5 fruit, this year 30 or more. I keep it pruned to about 7'. I am in the San Fernando Valley which has become a heat sink with everything paved over so I imagine little chill hours here. FWIW, I didn't have much luck with Red Baron for some reason, but Tropic Snow - fantastic!!! Gorgeous fruit and superb flavor.
