Add some color to it...blue or red or even yellow. Maybe a frog and or toadstool at bottom. I like the mermaid but not sure the fish works on the rim. Maybe inside the bottom.

I think it looks awesome just the way it is! The only idea I came up with is to put irridescent clear and white flat marbles in the sink to look like bubbles to provide something for birds to stand on to take a drink. I'm not sure if that would interupt the flow of water through the pump or not.

I sold a small pedestal sink just last month. It would have worked nicely. Not that I know the first thing about hooking it up. You've done a terrific job. LOVE the mermaid! And that fish is a cutie!
I'm curious about how it works. Do the faucets stay "on" all the time? Have you had any birds visit yet? :)

Looks good except maybe could use a starfish or scallop shell put on lattice behind & slightly above & to side of the mermaid. 1 large or 2 med size if you can find them. WalMart had a lot of shells by their candles a couple of weeks ago. Most were in buckets or bags. Nice soothing "quiet" garden place!! Enjoy! Jan

I LOVE it. The white against all that green is so pretty.
I would add stuff at the bottom like Two said. A mushroom or two, and a stone frog or turtle (or bunny). Those could provide a little 'color' but not detract from the white setting above.

Looks great! I think I would add more greenery around the bottom, or possibly something low growing that flowers. How about a frog perched on the side. I'd love to have running water in mine. Mine is actually the sink only - attached to a plastic birdbath base filled with concrete. (I set it inside in the winter). It is hard to empty and clean. Best approach is a hard stream of water from a hose. The birds use mine, as did our cat until I moved it away from the rock and put it beside the outhouse! I have a big rock in the bottom so it's not so deep.

how about a smallish mirror on the lattice, behind the sink,like in the bathroom? maybe silicone some shells, starfish around the edge.

Love your sink fountain. Looks good like it is, or if you want to add more color, you could add colored marbles in the water and/or a water plant--maybe something spiky to give the color height.......

Cindee, that is so pretty. Karen was right, the way you have it arranged, it looks good just like it is! But if you want to add some color, here are a few ideas!I love the lattice on the back, how about some little hanging solar lights on both sides of the trellis to kinda light it up at night and show off your statue? You could even do a mosaic aroung the edge of the sink as wide as it is, it would really be eye-catching. How about some potted plants around the base, maybe some pansies, mums or kale to go with the fall decor. You could change them out for each season, that would add some ever-changing color all of the time and for winter you could add some pots with branches, maybe sprayed witha glitter paint to sparkle in the sun! I think Kelly had a marv idea of a mirror, you could even do a mosaic on that or paint the frame a pretty bright color.OK, thats all I got!

LOVE IT!!! A mirror sounds good...as does a planted toilet. I can't make my mind up as to whether or not I want to leave mine plane or mosaic it...I love the whole theme of a bathroom, yet I just love mosaicing everything!!lol! Keep us updated if you change it...!

Cindee - I LOVE this white setting against the greenery also. I also think it would look great to add a few starfish (or beautiful shells)...3 or so...on the lattice. If you want a bit of color, I would add those glass orbs (2 or 3) at the ground level in front...maybe even those crazy glass orbs that are actually waterers for plants...that I've seen used by some of our GJers...those you could just stick int he ground...or those glass globes with the jute macramed around them.

I really love that. I don't know how to describe this, having a brain fart right now, but maybe on the lattice work have some dangly blue and clear strings of shiny things to make it look like water cascading down? Beads, no, too small. I hope you make sense of this. I'm going to remember my camera and take photo's of my sink,(said ten times in a row)

I think the green and white setting is lovely you don't want to trash it up. Clear crystals as was menyioned sounds good as well as seashells. Also some glass baubles that look like bubbles,I think pier one has them.

You could get those clear Christmas ornaments too. You could do different sizes for bubbles.

Ok, I had to come back for another look!! It's a beautiful setting like everyone has said....
How about an oldtimey looking shower head...maybe brass or chrome to match the sink. Attach it to the lattice over the mermaid's head. Then attach the crystals and beads to look like water droplets. Kudzu has some old water facets with this idea. It looks like the mermaid is washing her hair. And then some seashells too.
