how appropiate is a 50 in. statue in new track garden?

Hi, we built our home 2 years ago in a new residential track of traditional style homes. We butt up against a conservation area and a wooded area that will eventually have more homes built (but we do have a wooded lot). I have about 5 'tree islands' that I have planted with perennials, also along the woods (that are there for now). I paid for a 4 ft. + statue of greek goddess Daphne to be delivered but have delayed the delivery because now I am having doubts. Will it look 'silly' in a neighborhood like this? Is is meant for a grand estate? We have about 3/4 a acre and a 3,000 sq. ft. house with English garden type theme as far as iron urns, smaller statuary, fountain, etc. Any thoughts will be appreciated!
