Bermuda lawn care in San Antonio TX

Our lawn is Bermuda (not sure exact type) it's been here for about 2 1/2 yrs.
The only real problem is the typical weeds in South TX. and the horrible limestone/clay soil underneath. The builders didn't concentrate too much on the best soil before they laid out the grass so I think it struggles a bit.

Anyway, I've been pulling weeds and now I'm officially burnt out and can't keep up.

I was thinking of organic but not sure.
It's now March 12th. I still have some weeds coming out. Obvisously too late for pre emergent for these weeds. But I understand I can put some down to prevent summer weeds?
And I see the big thing is NOT to use "Weed n Feed" that they sell everywhere correct?

What I need to know is while the lawn is still dormant what is the best thing to do now/first? Weed killer (organic or commercial) Lawn fertilizer (organic or commercial) Mow the lawn? Aerate (now or summertime)? Ironite? Lime?
I need to know the brand names and where to get it? All I know is home depot & Lowes.

Is it wise to hire a lawn service and just have them do it?
or DIY?

Anyone experienced in this area, I sure could use your help.
Thanks!!
