coco-coir and vermicompost worth trying for all kinds of berries?

I need help from experienced gardeners because I'm a newbie so to speak.

I'm trying to improve my harvest for blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants (red & black), and strawberries for next year. The internet is full of all kinds of fertilizers; however I don't want to use any chemical nor animal (organic) fertilizers, so no blood meal or bone meal to name a few.

Right now I'm thinking of buying coco-coir and vermicompost (worm casting) for my fruits. I already have plenty of coffee grounds and wood chips to make the soil acidic enough. Would they be worth buying? And how much should I use?

Does anyone also know of a full chart of which vegetables and fruits require an acid/alkaline soil?
