Melon blooms drying up before opening

Hello,

I am having troubles with my Sugar Baby watermelon plant. It first bloomed about a month or so ago, but only ended up setting one fruit. I figured I should have been more diligent about hand-pollinating. Now, the plant is blooming again but the female flowers are drying up before they open! This happened last time, too, but I thought I just missed them opening. This time I KNOW they haven't been opening because I've been stalking them essentially.

It has been in the 90s the past few days, and they are trellised on a cattle panel.. could either of these be an explanation? Also, the first and only melon that set about a month ago is still not ripe. The plant gets about 6 hours of (Georgia) sun. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
