Looking for epitaph garden stones...afungus amongus

Can anyone tell me where to find the set of garden stones or plaques that look like grave markers. I saw them in a magazine or catalog and now can't remember which one. There was a set of 5 or 6 and one of them was for "Afungus Amongus" another was for mold...there all had cute epitaphs on them. Thanks for any help you can give me!

    I actually just saw them in the Victorian Trading Company's catalog...There are six in the set. Look at victoriantradingco.com and type in Gardener's Lament Stakes.
