Great find. I love those and wanted one for almost a year, and did finally find one in GW. I was wondering what to do with mine too, so anxious to hear suggestions.
Tho I am sure my cats would love it too, so maybe should bring in from the garage, LOL.
I don't want to plant flowers in mine cause flowers hate me and would die before I got back in the house I'm sure. Tho guess I resort to my stand-by, silk ones.

I would be putting a liner in the bottom of the box and yes, putting flowers in it. I'd leave them in the container they came in. That would look so fantastic with my country decorating.

I have one, too :) Mine came with that green stuff used for floral arranging but I ripped it all out. I wanted mine in the house. So it now sits on the counter and holds blue Mason jars with my sugar and flour and everything else :)

Cool, Whskyfan! How about some pots of succulents, like Aloe or Sedums? Hens and Chicks? Moss Roses are really easy to keep alive- they like hot dry weather. Be sure to post pics when you get it settled in it's "spot"! Kathy

No really, if you don't do the flowers (which is a great idea) you could use it to tote things around in the garden or ouside when cooking.

I have one similar to that. It is a bigger size, and I have filled it with some silk flowers, have it sitting on my deck. I get comments on it all the time. I didn't have a liner to fit & didn't want to rot the box. It is nice to put it out in the spring & have some color before is warm enough to plant the real thing. Here in MN we are still waiting for it to get warm enough to plant flowers!!!
