My new garden Chandie

I'm glad I found you guys again, my old link wasn't working.

I adapted this new project from something I'd see on the other forums.

I used old glass awning rings, and a dog bone insulator for a little bling, as well as some prisms. I'm still looking for more stuff to add some sparkle. It's a good alternative to a hanging basket in the winter months.

I like it!!!! I have everythings I need to make one, except the glass pieces.
Hmmm-Maybe use some beads.

new to gardening. critique my two 6x6 veggie gardens.

The gardens are along the back of our house. I have designed 3 mulched paths front to back so it goes path bed 1 path bed 2 then another path. Hubby made the 6x6 beds and filled in with organic soil and compost. I tried to draw it here... So that's what those kind of insulators are called: dog bone! I have a few of those! I just love your chandie. Is the wheel you used super-heavy? How big is it? I read your blog every day, and your talent just amazes me!!

The Wheel is not large at all, it's about 12-14 in diameter.

Yo ..... You know I was wondering RoBoLady....
How would it look
to use...
the bike wheel... & some metal tubes.. or pipes..and
chains... and then use --- for the baubbles... spoons etc..
????
Now I know Mr. Kurkus and I both prefer the WOOD.....
and those
wood spendles...and post off chairs... and rails...etc...
they are to die for...
I just adore them...

Ditto!!! What everyone else said! LOVE it. I never seem to find clear glass things. Will have to watch closer.

Bright199... regular prisms or even beads would work. I even saw one that had round curtain rings instead of glass things. What about shiny metal things instead of glass things. Maybe old silverware, coins, tokens, or fishing spinner blades. The possibilities are endless.

What a creative project. I've never seen anything like it! I might just have to make something similar...I think it would look great in the winter...that is if the winds don't blow it away around here....
