Triple threat: SVB, cuke beetles, and squash bugs

I came back from a three week vacation to find my squashes up to my knees in these three bugs. two of my butternuts and all of my acorns were decimated, I got some watermelon and canteloupe on their way out as well. Good news is, alot of the squashes are almost on their way to ripening (probably need a few weeks or so).
I will not use any pesticide, so question is, should I just let my poor squashes meet their maker or should I go at it with my fingers? At this point, I feel that the former is a better choice (partially because I am a very lazy gardener)
