NW Flower & Garden Show

I went! I saw! I loved it! (I bought!)

Any thoughts on whether or not it's okay to post pictures of some things in the display gardens? (I took over 80)

I talked to a local rock/fountain fabricator and got some tips. I'll post a link to his website when I find his card (lol). He's giving a workshop in May that I'm thinking about taking.

I got a bunch of big-leafed plants: Astilboides tabularis, Hosta 'blue mammoth,' Darmera peltatum, Rheum palmatum var. tanguticum (Chinese Rhubarb), and Elephant Ear. I know I'll either have to dig up the Elephant Ear or greenhouse it in the winter but I think it will be worth it to try.

I also got Little & Lewis' book (only had a few minutes to browse it at lunch).

I bought my first purchased molds from a company in Portland--they have some beautiful things (link following).

I had fun talking to designers and helpers. What a gas! It was a fun day.
