Variegated Monstera deliciosa

I have a few questions about this plant.

Can this plant (because it's variegated) receive a little bit of direct sun? Or, will it burn? Just indirect bright light?

It consist of one large leaf (in photo) and two smaller juvenile ones.

In the second photo,in the spring, should I cut the stem just under the second ariel root nearest the leaf and re-plant it for better stability and more leaves as well perhaps? The stem is long and a little wobbly.

If I do cut it, will another leaf form on the bare stem still rooted?

Should it be cut down further to the soil line?

Sorry, the photos are a little fuzzy!

Thanks for any help!
