I thought you might like to know how to set up your email link on your member page, so you can easily be reached and not have to post your addy publicly in a thread for all to see. To set up your email link, just go to the bottom on any page here, and click on Member Pages Then click on Edit your Personal Information, Page, and Preferences You will then probably be asked to login in again. Then check the box Allow other users to send you email via forms at our site. That will place an email link on your member page. I might add, please beware of anyone who might email you and not post here in your thread. There is someone who has been doing that a lot lately. There are some websites which currently cannot be mentioned on here albeit allowed in the past. Please check out what I posted to the linked reference thread and in particular the material within the link I added to my 2nd post. I will supplement my link with the following : I would like to suggest that people use the few relatively simple color keys and determining the type and name would be relatively easy. All of the Ipomoea purpureas in question have relatively dark blueish limbs,the remaining key questions to ask and to look for would only be 3... 1) What color is the Star(?) >...fuchsia(?) or blue(?)...>fuchsia = more of an Ott.... or blue = more of a SOY... 2) Is there alot (!) of fuchsia around the throat and down into the tube...yes or no...>alot = a more typey Ott or a more typey Kniola 3) How dark is the limb...medium blue...dark blue...very/extremely dark blue..(?)...> medium or dark=SOY or Ott..>.very/extremely dark= Ott or Kniolas If the flower you have is not outstandingly typey for a particular named cultivar,then simply see which type it most closely matches... Should you be interested to post your bloom here,I will take a look at it,apply the 3 basic general keys stated above and offer an opinion... Hope that helps. Ron P.S.
