is really old horse manure still good?

I'm going to pick up some horse manure tomorrow from a stable down the road from me. The guy I talked to said the manure is anywhere from about a couple years old, to maybe 10 years old. I know I want it to be aged, but is there a point where it's too old? I'm wondering if most of the nutrients would be leached out of the older stuff. This year I'm just going to use it to make manure tea. But I'll probably get more later, and apply it directly to my gardens in the fall or early spring.
