Comments (8)Thanks much fiedlermeister. This is my first season growing peppers and growing from seed. I received some dried pods from my friend and tried growing them. The pod looks like yours to some extent but then I never saw the vibrant color of the pepper as it was dried and looked more of a brown paperbag color. I have saved one dried fruit and thinking will post in the forum for you and others to have a look. my plants are about 2 inches now with 4 to 6 very tiny leaves.Long way to go......See MoreBlack spots on stems
Comments (4)This is an extremely late reply, but for anyone here who has the same question, the black spots on the stems are normal and occur in early spring. However, if there are black spots on leaves, they need to be treated urgently and can spread very easily if left untreated. If you do have black spots on your leaves, watch this video on how to treat them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwlbK0gZkPw...See MoreZZ Plant Black Spots
Comments (0)My ZZ plant has black spots on the leaves. And the leaves of a new sprout is brown and curling. Not sure what's going on. I couldn't find much info anywhere else since most people talk about blackening stems for zz but not leaves. And Im confused if this is an overwatering sign or underwatering sign or a completely new disease. :-/ Photos attached https://imgur.com/a/Mj5ugaQ...See MoreUser
