Tomato Blossom End Rot - Am I overwatering?

I am growing 4 varieties of tomatoes - 1 cherry, the rest regular size. I am growing them in 2-foot high raised boxes.

All of the varieties (except the cherry tomatoes) are suffering from blossom end rot. I've read that it's caused by a calcium deficiency due to uneven watering. My watering is very even, so maybe I'm overwatering?

The tomatoes are irrigated by 1/2" soaker hose, on a timer. They are watered every other day for 1 hour. Is this too much?
