What looks like worm marks on the leaves are worm marks - leaf miners. You don't seem to have a large problem there. Can't make out what the white spots could be.

hold on i will take a better photo, also there are only two leaves that have the worm marks do i have a problem or is it all ok?

The white marks look like mealybugs to me. I just wipe them off and kill them with my fingers. If that is too gross for you, wear gloves or wipe with a wet cloth or cotton ball.

Not mealybug but one of the cottony scale insects, such as cottony cushion scale.
