Yellow leaves, Nitrogen deficiency?

We just built a raised bed and got some soil from local nursery, some compost, and mixed with our local topsoil.

For some reason zucchini squash young plants does not do very well in the soil, the leaves turned yellow (from older leaves), then they starts to set flower although still tiny. We thought about drainage issue but the plants in a pot is doing the exact same thing (same soil). Pepper have similar but better result, and tomato looks like doing much better.

I bought a simple soil test kit, (the Phosphorous test capsule was already bad, not readable). It has the following result, doesn't look like Nitrogen deficiency though but I'm not sure whether it's Alkaline soil.

Anyone can help me with the problem? Thank you!
