Hi! I am already starting to plan a new bed for next year and I have fallen in love with the Rudbeckia. I want a whole bed of different ones.

I also have a question about Rudbeckia. I was given Rudbeckia: Hot Chocolate and in looking it up it says its either an annual or a bi-ennial. Has anyone grown this in Zone 5? And should I collect the seeds to grow it next year or just let them self sow? Any info would be greatly appreciated! :)

Hi ! I'd love some of your 'Terra Cotta' yarrow and Ladys Mantle (trades you rec'd). Check out my list when u have a chance -- I have quite a few Gaillardias and Rudbeckias (incl 'Sputnik') that aren't on my list yet bc they're new. And some Columbines too. I don't have the rudbeckia but in looking at your trade list, I do have a little rooted volunteer apple tree I found in my yard, is about a foot tall with a dozen or so leaves on it, have it in a flower pot but can pull it up and wrap the roots in a wet towel and send it bare root, parent trees I think are like a macintosh, trees were here when I bought the house 20 years ago, produce tons of apples every year. Would love to trade for purple plum sand cherry cuttings and/or high bush cranberry. let me know at mamahack@hotmail.com.

Would you be interested in perennial rudbeckias? I have r. triloba and r. herbstonne and also a rose of sharon [pink with dark eye, single] from your wishlist. Also have a short zinnia mix [9" or so] Would like to trade for your white and ruby coneflowers and alaska daisy - Doreen.
