Growing for beauty: what's your favorite savoyed vegetables

For a fall harvest, and as an experiment, I've decided on concentrating more on growing for beauty and am looking for ideas in the heavily savoyed category. If the 'lookers' also taste good, well that's extra points in their favor.

What are your favorite heavily savoyed vegetables, being they green, yellow, purple, blue, white, red, striped, dotted, or any other color or combination?

So far, my favorite is the Large Ribbed Swiss Chard, which has large, thick, dark green, heavily savoyed leaves. It's a beauty that is also delicious.
