i have 2 kinds of seeds ready. they were both shades of purple. they are UKIGAMO and HEIAM NO UMI.

i am looking for other japanese morning glory!

Hi Jen, do you happen to have a photo of them? I have lots of Japanese MG seeds to trade. The Ukigamo should be more of a blue striped one.

Did you mean 'Ukigumo' and 'Heian no Umi'? If so, I'd love both of those. Especially Heian no Umi! :)

Wish I had more to offer.
But at this time all I have in Japanese MG's is 5 Early Call Blue seeds.

I do have some Fijian yellow MG seeds too tho! (Ipomoea obscura).

Of the ordinary ones I grow, I absolutely love Star of Yelta (grandpa ott)...it's still blooming outside my kitchen window. I have seeds if you want them. But, like you, Shannon, I'm ready for some new ones. I like the tie dye too. Ebay has the fancy Jap. seeds all the time, but I can't vouch for that. Maybe I'll try it on a seller with 100% feedback. I always get too many leaves though and I don't feed them nitrogen. I once saw them growing on fences in Virginia...leaves to flowers, about 3:1...that would be nice.

I am new to hostas. I have a home now with a large shady area. wanting to make a nice shade garden. I have a mix of nice Japanese morning glory seed. a few aristolochia fimbriata seeds, has nice foliage makes a good ground cover. Or i will trade starts of the few plants i have.
