Comments (5)My yukon gold and yellow finn store right up until the spring season, right in my garage. This year I have La Ratte fingerlings too. I have more fingerlings than anything. I harvested yesterday. All I do is let them set out in the wheel barrel for a few days in the air and sun. Others are in flats on the driveway. I brush off the dirt before I sort them by size. I keep them in flats afterward, I save my bottled water cardboard flats for that. Then they go on the garage shelves if there is space.
