Snap beans (green beans) should be good for a Zone 5 this time of year unless you have unusually hot summers.

Lots of time to plant storables. Too early for turnips, but just right for carrots, cabbage, beets. Storage is in plastic totes in the unheated garage, in moist sand. I usually pick them the Thanksgiving week end. You could also plant radicchio for late fall and early winter. Right now I have seven trays seeded, radicchio, basil, bekana, some chard to replace the komatsuna that bolted, collard kale and cabbage. carrots and beets are planted.

you could also plant zucchini, cover with tulle or row cover until the first SVB wave is gone, and enjoy the rest of the summer.

Basil.

Second what everyone else suggested. I would plant beets, zucchini, beans, cukes, swiss chard and (if you have hot summers) okra.

And if you wait until mid August you can do a fall planting of kale and spinach, as well as Asian greens.

In fact, you could plant beets now, harvest them in mid August and follow with a brassica leafy green and get two crops in one space.

Kale fills in spots most easily, grows fast, you can pick it baby or mature, blanch and freeze. Same for bok choy.

Corn is still plantable.

Carrots -- plant now, and cover with hay in the fall and harvest during the winter. Parsnips work this way too -- harvest parsnips in March before they start to grow again.

Savoy cabbage and gigante kolrabi -- plant now and eat during winter (I cover the savoy with agricultural fleece and leave in the garden to eat Dec - Feb, and harvest the kolrabi in late fall and store) Both want many days of growing , so now is a great time to plant (I've got seed trays I planted last week of both.)

I also plant rutabagas in mid summer, eat the greens when they're big enough, and then eat the roots in late fall/early winter after at least two hard frosts (mulch well.)

parsley -- plant now for fresh winter parsley/walnut pesto.
And the basil, as suggested above, and be made into basil/pignioli pesto and frozen.

In my Zone 5 garden I have to plant kale now to get a harvest by fall -- and then it lasts all winter under cover (some varieties last better than others -- but all will last a bit into the fall)

Zucchini is difficult to store long, but I grate it into muffin tins and freeze, then remove the "muffins" and put into plastic bags for freezing. I use it in soups and homemade dog food, might even work for zucchini bread.

You've got a wonderful garden going.

Just about anything that would not require ripe fruits. That is you wouldn't want to grow melons, w/melons, eggplants.. winter squash.
